The last place Wyatt Ford ever expected to be back in， is his home town of Cold Springs， but when his brother sends him a very guilt heavy plea to attend his up coming wedding， Wyatt can’t help but head home for a few days。 Well it was only supposed to be for a few days that is until sassy， pool playing， Ford hating Hazel Sullivan grabs Wyatt’s heart& attention！ But between dealing with his family， attending his brothers wedding&trying to save his home town before his uncle destroys it can Wyatt The last place Wyatt Ford ever expected to be back in， is his home town of Cold Springs， but when his brother sends him a very guilt heavy plea to attend his up coming wedding， Wyatt can’t help but head home for a few days。 Well it was only supposed to be for a few days that is until sassy， pool playing， Ford hating Hazel Sullivan grabs Wyatt’s heart& attention！ But between dealing with his family， attending his brothers wedding&trying to save his home town before his uncle destroys it can Wyatt convince Hazel that he is worth giving a shot？。。Loved！ I just adored this book to bits， there was absolutely nothing that I did not love in this book… well everything aside from Jed Ford， he was a total jerk。 I’m a total sucker for a small town romance& this book checked all of my boxes&then some！ I loved that the entire Ford/Sullivan feud added an exciting new layer to the small town romcom trope。。。Hazel was such a boss leading lady！ I loved all her sass&snark&that she was so totally herself。 I really loved her passion not only for the town but also for helping her family。 But it was our hero Wyatt that really stole my heart。 Gosh this guy was a swoon feast！ I liked that he actually worked for his keep& that he appreciated hard work¬ just sitting on family money。 His passion&drive to save the town only made me love him more。 He really wanted to do the right thing even if it meant going against his family。 I loved the insta live/lust between these two！ Their constant flirty banter was HOT！ I just loved getting to see them finally coming together&really completing each other。 。。The secondary characters in this book were aces！ I loved the gusto&passion of the towns folks&their catchy insults！ As for the Puss In Boots bar and all those wacky names well lets just say you will laugh out load！ I loved the bond between the Ford siblings &that they all had each others backs&wanted to do the right thing by the town。 As for the Sullivans well they were just a hoot！ I loved the fiery nature that ran in these ladies veins&that they were not afraid to show it！ As for Hazel’s talking parrot well he was just a hoot！ 。。The Wrong Bridesmaid checks all the boxes for a witty， banter filled， steamy， laugh out loud small town romcom。 This book is a definite must read！ 。。。more

New favorite It was a little slow in the beginning， but picked up great。 I loved that there was misconceptions and conflict between all of the characters。 I loved the town and the people in it， including Lester the bird。 I laughed so many times during this， and I think Hazel is my new favorite female heroine。 The attraction between Hazel and Wyatt was amazing too。 This is definitely worth reading！！ I got this for an honest review。。。。

POV: DualSpice: 🌶 🌶 🌶 This book was such a fun， feel good read that left me with a big smile on my face！ As is typical with a Lauren Landish book， there are so many lovable （and hilarious） characters with their own stories going on， that I became invested in so much more than just Wyatt and Hazel’s romance。 In fact， I became invested with saving an entire small town and I really loved that part of the book。Wyatt and Hazel fall for each other pretty quickly and as a rule that doesn’t bother me in POV: DualSpice: 🌶 🌶 🌶 This book was such a fun， feel good read that left me with a big smile on my face！ As is typical with a Lauren Landish book， there are so many lovable （and hilarious） characters with their own stories going on， that I became invested in so much more than just Wyatt and Hazel’s romance。 In fact， I became invested with saving an entire small town and I really loved that part of the book。Wyatt and Hazel fall for each other pretty quickly and as a rule that doesn’t bother me in books and it definitely didn’t in this one either because I felt like they got to know each other well。 Some may call Hazel a little crazy， but I call her my spirit animal and maybe she is a little crazy but in the best of ways！ I loved how the more serious Wyatt loved all that about her。 While there is maybe a little less spice than some of the authors other books， there is still a good amount and it’s also mostly angst free！ I loved everyone in this book except for about two bad guys， but I love Lester the dirty mouthed parrot the most！ 。。。more

This was a cute and easy read that had some dramatic and funny moments。 While there were some serious issues （like a big bad developer trying to cheat his way to some small town land）， there were plenty of light hearted moments too from a naughty mouth bird and blunt and honest grandpa。 And with the bit of spice and tension of enemies to lovers， this story is enjoyable。

It started off a bit cutesy。。。not bad。。。just not overwhelming。。。but it got so much better as we started to get into the nitty gritty of the town， the characters and the underlying issues with Wyatt， his Dad， his uncle and others。 There were some amazing characters that I loved like Grandpa Joe and Etta as well as the town as a whole coming together to protect each other and their way of life。 In the end， I truly enjoyed the story！

Oof！ I am only 15% into this book， and I am bowing out。Crude and crass are the words I would use to describe parts of the story so far。 The sad part is that I can see the makings of what seems like a good story underneath the unnecessary vulgarity。

This was such a fun read。。。 I am so running out and getting myself a Lester-like parrot！This is one of those stories that has it all。。。 Lots of LOL-moments， lots of family drama， lots of smalltown vibes， and lots of heat！I really enjoyed reading this book， and I will be looking for the audiobook version just to hear Lester yelling at everybody and grandpa Joe zinging people。。。 Thank you so much for an awesome reading experience！ <3
